SANJEWELS is based in Australia & ships world-wide.
Orders are processed during normal business hours and can take up to 48hours before being dispatched.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for all domestic orders. We use Australia Post Express, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Will arrive the next day once posted.
We ship to most countries world-wide. $25.00 AUD flat-rate.
International shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur beyond our control at destination.
Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - please make sure you state an address where someone can be present to sign for the package.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers, especially those in the UK/EU may be required to pay duty and/or customs charges. Please note the value will be stated as $20AUD therefore no customs duties should be payable as its under the threshold.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
SANJEWELS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
We offer exchanges for in-correct sizing, but the shipping must be at your expense. We try our best to make the sizing chart as accurate as possible. If you are still unsure please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help you! If for some reason you change your mind about the design, and would like to exchange for another design, you can exchange but please make sure the SANJEWELS are unworn (trying on carpet is acceptable). And must be repacked in the same condition as you received it.
To receive an exchange or refund (in the form of an online credit) please make sure:
-The SANJEWELS have been unworn and are in their original packaging
-The SANJEWELS have not been worn or damaged through shipping
-The goods are returned within 14 business days of purchase date; and
-The original invoice/returns form as proof of purchase is provided.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality. Every pair of SANJEWELS is assembled by hand and double checked before shipping. No pair of SANJEWELS will leave us with a factory fault.
Each pair of SANJEWELS comes with a dust bag and care instructions. It is your responsibility to look after the jewels. These are delicate and if not treated with care could potentially break, lose stones or tarnish when in contact with saltwater.
The longevity of your SANJEWELS will depend of how you look after them.
Due to the fact each pair is double checked for factory faults before it leaves HQ, we will not offer refunds on breakages or fallen stones as this is at your own care/responsibility.
Please treat them with care.
- Walk into beach water with them
- Pull the jewels backwards in the wrong direction over the shoe
- Play sports while wearing them
- Step on them while not wearing them
- Leave them unattended near small children or pets who might grab onto them and snap them
** Please note if you lose any gemstones from your SANJEWELS we will happily replace them for free - just send us a photo of the section where it's lost from and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the address where you would like it sent to.
All returns must be returned to SANJEWELS HQ within 14 business days at the customers expense to be eligible for an online credit note/or a new size. Returns after this period will not be accepted. We do not credit/refund shipping charges. Please ensure you use tracking as SANJEWELS takes no responsibility for missing deliveries.
***Please note that the international shipping costs that SANJEWELS provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by SANJEWELS.
